LokalDrp is a platform that connects Seekers with Droppers offering location-based promotions and reward-based drops. LokalDrp does not create, place, or manage drops and is not responsible for user or business actions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LokalDrp. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

4. Acceptable Use

6. Dropper Responsibilities

Droppers are solely responsible for all drops they create.

By posting a drop, Droppers agree to:

• •Legal Placement: Drops must be placed in public or permitted locations
• •Safety: Drops must not be placed in dangerous or restricted areas
• •Accuracy: Rewards must match what is advertised
• •Fulfillment: Droppers must honor all rewards
• •Weatherproofing & Protection: Rewards must be properly secured, protected, and weatherproofed to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration due to outdoor conditions
• •Security of Placement: Reasonable steps must be taken to prevent theft, tampering, or loss
• •Full Responsibility: Droppers assume full responsibility for drop placement, legality, safety, and reward condition

7. Platform Policy

LokalDrp is an open platform. There are no subscription fees, no per-drop charges, and no payment required to use any feature of the platform.

• •All users can create unlimited drops
• •All users can hunt and discover drops
• •Verified badge applications are available to submit at no cost
• •LokalDrp reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future, with advance notice to users

7a. Future Paid Features

If LokalDrp introduces paid features or subscriptions in the future, users will be notified in advance. Any paid features will be clearly communicated, and users will have the choice to opt in or continue using existing features.

Users may upload content such as photos and messages.

By posting content, you grant LokalDrp permission to display it within the platform.

Users may only mark a drop as "found" if they have physically located and retrieved the drop as intended.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Users agree that all drops must be placed responsibly and in compliance with local laws and environmental standards. Drops must not cause trash, environmental harm, or damage to property. Droppers are expected to respect every location and remove any materials when appropriate.

LokalDrp is not responsible for user-placed content, materials, or items. Users assume full responsibility for the placement, maintenance, and removal of their drops.

• •No damage to natural environments, landscaping, or property
• •Drops must be retrievable and not permanently fixed to surfaces without permission
• •Droppers must remove their drop materials if the drop expires or is cancelled
• •Respect wildlife, vegetation, and all natural surroundings

20. Drop Placement Enforcement

LokalDrp reserves the right to remove any drop or suspend accounts that violate placement guidelines, including but not limited to leaving trash, damaging property, or unsafe placement. Users are solely responsible for the placement, maintenance, and removal of their drops.

21. Platform Liability Limitation

LokalDrp acts solely as a platform connecting users and is not responsible for the placement, condition, or contents of any drop. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and property rights. LokalDrp reserves the right to remove any drop or suspend accounts that violate guidelines or pose risk to safety, property, or the environment.

22. User Location Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that drops are placed in safe, lawful, permitted, and appropriate locations. Drops may not be placed on private property without permission or in restricted, hazardous, or sensitive areas. LokalDrp reserves the right to remove drops, restrict accounts, or suspend users who violate placement, safety, cleanup, or community guidelines. LokalDrp does not supervise drop locations and is not responsible for user-placed items, containers, rewards, or materials.
