Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your LokalDrp account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1 — Delete from within the app
- Log in to your LokalDrp account.
- Tap your profile icon and go to Profile / Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete My Account.
- Confirm the deletion — your account and data will be permanently removed.
Option 2 — Request via email
Send a deletion request from your registered email address to:
info@lokaldrp.comPlease include your registered email address and write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What data will be removed
- Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
- All drops you created
- Your activity history (finds, photos, comments)
- Subscription and billing references (Stripe customer data is deleted separately per Stripe policy)
- Any stored preferences or settings
Timeline & retention
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Some anonymized aggregate data (e.g., drop view counts) may be retained for analytical purposes without any personally identifiable information. Backups are purged within 30 days.
